Enquiry
Contact us by email, telephone, or the contact form at the bottom of this page, to discuss your project with a member of our experienced team. We’ll review any drawings or designs you have, or arrange an initial complimentary face‑to‑face consultation.

Consultation
If required, a member of our team will visit your site to discuss your requirements and gather the information needed to prepare an accurate estimate. We can explore ironmongery, decoration, timber, and glazing options with you, and customers are always welcome to visit our workshops to view examples of our joinery.

Estimate
An estimate will be prepared based on your discussions with our team. If you choose to proceed, we will process your order and add you to our waiting list for a technical site survey.

Site Survey
A member of our team will carry out a detailed site survey to take precise measurements, gather all necessary information, and discuss the project with you in depth.

Project Sign-Off
We will produce detailed CAD drawings and full specifications for your review, incorporating timber, ironmongery, and paint selections along with updated costings. Once approved, you will be asked to sign an order acknowledgement and provide a deposit to secure your order.

Manufacture
Your project will be crafted by our experienced team of joiners and operatives using traditional methods. We glaze, factory‑finish, and assemble all of our joinery in‑house, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and deliver a result to be proud of.

Delivery
If you choose a supply‑only service, we will arrange delivery to suit your needs and timescales. All joinery is carefully wrapped, packed, and delivered to your chosen location.

Installation
Our experienced site fitters take care of all installations, completing every job with care, precision, and professionalism. We will coordinate with other trades when required.
